(Transportation Charge)
The Charges for packing and
transportation shall be billed on actual basis according to the
Yamato Courier Tariff.
(Cash on Delivery Disbursement Fee)
The
Disbursement Fee on C.O.D. Payment for tangible articles shall be
billed on actual basis according to the Yamato Courier Tariff.
(Consumption Tax)
The Consumption Tax shall be added on every merchandise transaction in Japan.
The consumption tax on foreign commerce transaction is exempted.

| Order Validity |
The placed orders on available stock items are valid
until delivery.
When the ordered item was found out of stock for
unexpected reasons, the revised delivery information would be
noticed with mail or phone. |
| Defectives |
The Defectives of tangible articles, such as missing, disordered configuration,
or miss delivery, shall be replaced or resent for fulfillment.
When clients found out any defectives of delivered tangible article, clients
are requested to return it to the Cafe with Courier service on collect
basis whithin two days after delivery.
Also clients are requested to
enclose the described papers in the returned cartons. The paper shall
cover ;

2. Full Name
3. Telephone Number
4.
Name of articles
5. Date of arrival
6. P.O. Number
7. The
reasons of return (to be detailed)
Any other unsuspected item
except above papers shall not be enclosed in the returned packages.

| Clients' Purchase History |
The purchase history shall not be disclosed to anyone else but registered clients can ask Café to send back the
purchase history data by mail. Café will get in touch with the client for his or her private request. |
| Delivery Terms |
The delivery terms for tangible articles on stock other than resevation order shall be within 3-5 working days in Japan.

All purchased items of tangible articles are delivered with Yamato Courier service.
The delivery for
Bank Remittance Payment shall be soon after confirmation of remittance corresponding to the sent Invoice or Bill.

Clients shall pay the charges at the designated financial
organization as soon as the Invoice or Bill sent by mail or postal
mail.

The defective tangible articles, such as missing or disordered configuration,
shall be returned to the Café with Courier service on collect basis whithin
two days after delivery.
For the tangible articles, Purchase Item Return, Order
Cancellation or Purchase Item Change for purchasers' reasons, shall
not be accepted. For the digital articles on internet commerce, it
shall be delivered to the purchaser by downloading or receiving the
articles enclosed in the e-mail. Clients are requested to be
cautious that thereafter electronic article delivery, it shall never
be returned or undone.

| Freight and charges for return |
For the tangible articles return due to the missing, disordered configuration,
or miss delivery, it shall be returned to the Café on collect basis. For
the inconveniences of digital articles delivery on internet commerce, it
shall be resent on request basis by clients' mail or phone.
